Brain and spine Care: Do you? 'Think' over it!

The brain is a wonderful organ; it starts working the moment you get up in the morning and does not stop until you get into the office. Jokes apart!
Brain is central vital organ or you can say its an operating system of your physical hardware. You start chasing a ball and your brain immediately commands your body to 'Run forward, bend, scoop up the ball, peg it to the infield,' then your body says, 'Who me?'

Brain controls your thoughts, memory, speech and movement.
Lulled in the countless chambers of the brain, our thoughts are linked by many a hidden chain; awake but one, and in, what myriads rise!
Nowadays you suppose to work in multithreading system to survive your existance in this race of success otherwise anyone will grab your seat! But do you have ever noticed, how much pressure is bared by your tiny brain? Obviously not! Because there is no any pressure measurement device has been invented to measure the pressure on brain.

" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; cssfloat: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;">In small doses, it can help you perform under pressure and motivate you to do your best. But when you’re constantly running in emergency mode, your mind and body pay the price. The pressure on brain leads to frustration.

The basic structure and functioning of brain and nerve system.

Brain is very complex organ in the body. Let's say if brain as a central hub that controls all bodily functions, then the nervous system is like a network that relays messages back and forth from the brain to different parts of the body. It does this via the spinal cord, which runs from the brain down through the back and contains threadlike nerves that branch out to every organ and body part. The spinal cord, on the other hand, is a long bundle of nerve tissue and the spinal cord by a set of ring-shaped bones. They're both cushioned by layers of membranes. This fluid helps protect the nerve tissue, keep it healthy, and remove waste products.

Emergency of Heart Care

Everyone should know the warning signs of a heart attack and how to get emergency help. Emergency personnel can often stop arrhythmias with emergency CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), defibrillation (electrical shock), and prompt advanced cardiac life support procedures. If care is sought soon enough, blood flow in the blocked artery can be restored in time to prevent permanent damage to the heart. Yet, most people do not seek medical care for 2 hours or more after symptoms begin. Many people wait 12 hours or longer.

A heart attack is an emergency. Call the emergency services if you think you (or someone else) may be having a heart attack. Prompt treatment of a heart attack can help prevent or limit lasting damage to the heart and can prevent sudden death.

Follow your heart, but be quiet for a while first. Ask questions, then feel the answer. Learn to trust your heart. So keep your hand on your heart and check whether all is well.
